The Problem: Musicians are not able to connect with their fans through meaningful digital experiences.
The Solution: I developed and produced an online event with The Disco Fries and Lena Leon (the Artists) for music NFT collectors at RCRDSHP. The artists brought a song that was almost completed to co-create with the collectors. During the live event on Twitch, collectors voted on the final decisions of the song, for example voting for lyrics options recorded by Lena Leon and the options for the name of the song. The final record included all collectors who participated as Co-Producers on the song. I managed invitations, technology, and post-production.
The Problem: Canadian kids with disabilities don't have access to affordable fitness that is catered to their needs.
The Solution: I developed and executed a national virtual fitness program for youth with disabilities, MOVE by GoodLife Kids. Based on our core values, I developed the ideal participant experience, informed by interviews with families, and gave my Coaching team the flexibility to own the experience for their classes. We hosted MOVE classes three times a week directly to participant homes via Zoom. I started to exclusively hire individuals with disabilities to work as Technical Support Agents in the program to support the technical aspects like managing Zoom and playing videos and music.
The Problem: GoodLife Fitness' B2C corporate discount program website, used by 400,000 of GoodLife's members, needed to be integrated to a new ERP.
The Solution: As Product Owner, the key to my success was spending time understanding and documenting and prioritizing customer pain points and use cases. I worked closely with the development team to create user stories, prioritize the backlog, deliver prototypes, and run retrospectives. After each sprint, we would return to the product vision document at the retrospectives to ensure we were not 'coding ourselves into corners' and we would be able to fulfill on the promises we had made.
